Our two study rooms can be used for a range of non-commercial purposes, including private study by secondary and tertiary students, and remote discussions using video or audio calls. Please note that the hirer must bring their own laptop and other equipment.
Study rooms can be booked for up to two hours, for one to two people. During exam periods, students will receive priority for bookings.
Bookings will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your allocated time slot without making contact with LibraryMuseum staff.

Meeting Room bookings
We have several meeting rooms available for hire, suitable for groups of up to 60 people. Fees apply for use of these rooms. Please use this online booking form to request a room for your meeting. While we do our best to respond quickly, it may take up to five working days to receive a response from us during peak hours. If you require a meeting room within the next two days, please phone the LibraryMuseum on (02) 6023 8333 to check availability.

Catering
Self-catering is permitted in the meeting rooms. We can supply tea and coffee making facilities.
Catering services are available through Retro Lane Cafe (located at the rear of the LibraryMuseum).
If you are self-catering, we will require a satisfactory written risk assessment to be supplied to AlburyCity prior to commencement of your meeting / event.
Parking
There is a free all-day car park five minutes' walk from the LibraryMuseum. Entry is from Wilson Street or Olive Street.
Booking conditions
We recommend allowing half an hour before and after your event for set up and pack up.
